Do I have to pay sales tax? TOP

6 percent sales tax is added only to orders where the billing address is located in Georgia. Sales tax will not be added to other states.

Does your clothing run large or small in comparison to other brands? TOP

Our baby doll (fitted) tees run slightly smaller in comparison. If you are not sure about which size to order, please order one size up. We also offer regular tees and they run true to size.

How should I wash my Christian Crystal T-shirt? TOP

You will receive care instructions with your order. Please turn the shirt inside out before washing (hand or machine). Use cold water (no bleach) and lay flat to dry. NO DRYER!  Please do not Dry Clean!

When will my order ship? TOP

Orders normally ship within 2-3 business days after we receive the order. We process orders Monday thru Friday. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.  

How do I track my shipment? TOP

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that contains your tracking number and a website address to track your package.

What is your return or exchange policy? TOP

We understand that buying apparel over the internet can be somewhat intimidating since you cannot actually try on the items before you buy them. For this reason, we will refund or exchange any item that does not fit properly or fail to meet your expectations. The return or exchange must be within 15 days of original purchase date. The exchange must be for the exact item or another item of equivalent value. Returned apparel must be unworn and accompanied by all original price tags attached to garment.
 
In order to process your return or exchange, you will need an Authorization Return/Exchange Code. Please contact us via e-mail to receive your code. After receiving your code, mail your package to our office:

Please allow up to 3 business days to process your return or exchange. If you are requesting a refund, your credit card will be credited the total amount purchased minus shipping.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover)  PayPal and Google Checkout.

There was a problem with my order. How do I proceed? TOP
